Evaluate opportunity to merge multiple organizations dedicated to community engagement and advocacy to better serve the region as a whole.  Look to create an organizational structure with a viable financial model.

Our Methodology

Worked with team of board chairs and task force members to assess opportunity for three-way merger.  Looked for points of similarity and points of difference to determine operational and cultural issues. Participated in planning meetings and discussions with task force, board members and other stakeholders.  Developed financial and business model for new organization.

The Results

A merged organization with a solid balance sheet and a sustainable financial model.  This newer, stronger organization is positioned to increase its impact on the community it serves and now has the capacity to expand further by merging with other complementary organizations.
