Our Methodology

Reviewed strategy and tactics in business plan draft.  We worked to better define target markets and target customers. Also looked to identify and prioritize future growth opportunities – this included setting structure in place to evaluate and develop plans for new markets. Helped develop full understanding of competition within specific regions and markets. Provided direction to create timeline and key target dates for ultimate launch.

The Results

The firm was successfully launched within 6 months of receiving and incorporating our recommendations.  In addition to public, private and charter schools across country, the company also assists libraries in maximizing funding opportunities.
