Founded in 1996 by company president David Panasci, the organization has served companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 100. Based in Syracuse, New York, we have the privilege of having served clients throughout the United States and in Europe.

Prior to launching DHP Consulting, David was an executive at Fay’s Incorporated. During his time as President and COO, the company achieved over $1 billion in sales. He also served on Fay’s Board of Directors and was a member of the Executive Committee. David has had executive and management experience spanning more than 40 years. He has had direct impact in sales, marketing, real estate expansion, M&A, restructuring and turnaround scenarios, and corporate board membership in organizations ranging up to $1.1 billion in sales.

David enjoys working with executive and entrepreneurial clients to sharpen their strategic direction and marketing efforts. His specialties include planning, general management, marketing, public speaking, and management and leadership development.

A Syracuse University graduate with a B.S. in Managerial Law and Public Policy, David also holds MBA degrees from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, and Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants/USA (IMC-USA) and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences for the University at Buffalo.
