Provided input to reposition brand in the market place. Assisted in evaluating options to manage cash and working capital to fund the manufacture of large systems. Provided guidance to prioritize markets and customers during transition. Regularly reviewed production reports, sales reports and financial statements to measure progress and provide management with direction and recommendations.
The Company was able to regain its position as an industry leader. The move to faster technology with advances in precision and greater product reliability was critical to this success. Ultimately the company was acquired by a larger, complementary player in the industry seeking to provide turnkey solutions for customers.
